Our Hassle-Free Returns Policy
We want you to love every baking sheet, cake stand, and kitchen organizer as much as we do. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how our returns process works:

- Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, with all tags and original packaging

Non-Returnable Items
To maintain kitchen hygiene and quality standards, we cannot accept returns on:
- Used cutting boards (food safety reasons)
- Opened food storage containers (hygiene reasons)
- Personalized/monogrammed items (like engraved flatware)
- Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)
Refund Details
Once we receive your return:
- Refunds process to your original payment method in 5-7 business days
- PayPal refunds may take an additional 2-3 days
- Original shipping costs aren’t refundable (unless we made an error)
Exchanges
